This upgrade will turn your aging classics into the best possible version of what they can be.
The PRO 031 woofers feature sealed cones and butyl rubber surrounds. They also incorporate some internal improvements to further improve linearity,
The tweeter uses my aluminum concave dome for lower distortion and more extended high frequency response.
Note that it is important that I know if you have the earlier 120 or later A120, as the later model uses a slightly smaller outside diameter tweeter faceplate. Ordering from the "correct" for will provide me that information in the header.
The backplate/crossover assembly features audiophile-grade components and 16 AWG oxygen-free wire. The new rear connections are gold-plated five-way binding posts. It is screwed in from the inside in the place of the old assembly.
The HUMAN K-101E includes:
- 2 PRO 031 woofers
- 2 PRO 002 ME1 tweeters (or PRO 002 ME4 tweeters)
- 2 ACC 004 A backplate, binding post, crossover, and wiring assemblies.
