This is a wonderful tweeter utilizing my aluminum concave dome. I designed and custom manufacture this part for the sole purpose of replacing the 1" dome tweeter used in these Epicure models:
I am not sure why Epicure went with a conventional dome tweeter in these models, when historically they had made the much better concave dome themselves. But using mine in these speakers is a notable upgrade in both frequency response and dispersion, and a move closer to the true EPI/Epicure heritage and greatness.
The part number stamped on the back of your old one, if it has one, should be 69828.
This part is one I manufacture from scratch, so I will not need your old one to be returned.
