Gift certificates are redeemable for any regularly-priced HUMAN Speakers merchandise at any time. They can be applied towards goods, services, and shipping costs.
I keep track of the buyer, recipient, and balance by name, address, telephone number, email address, and a secret code I make up. If any of these identifiers change (i.e., you move), please notify me so I can update my file.
