This is an exact replacement for the rear mounted 8" woofers in the EPI speakers:

I will want you to return the old part(s), to recycle the chassis and keep them out of landfills.

This part may be ordered prior to the return of your old part(s), by paying a small deposit, or "core charge," which is refunded upon their return. If you no longer have the old chassis to send back, of course, this means it will cost slightly more.
