To order your speaker parts and/or repairs by mail:

1. Determine the price for the repairs or replacements you need
2. Determine the return shipping charges
3. Print and fill out the order form / shipping label
4. remove the old parts from your speaker - note which color wires go to which terminal
5. package your parts carefully in a corrugated cardboard box with at least 3 inches of cushioning
6. Enclose a check or money order (made out to HUMAN Speakers), or MC/Visa/Discover information (# # # #, exp. date, CCV #))
7. Ship the package (freight prepaid) to:

Please allow 4-6 weeks for the return of your parts. Shipping times to the Wild West will sometimes increase this.
