HUMAN Speakers is a small, mostly one-man operation, so I cannot be available at all the times you might wish to reach me. Typically I work from about noon to ten (EST) Monday to Thursday and noon to six or seven on Friday. The trouble with this is that if I have to run errands, I'm not here, of course. The evening part of the times listed above is usually the best time to reach me.

If you need to visit in person, I can be fairly flexible in meeting your scheduling needs, if you let me know what they are.

Merchandise returned without making prior arrangements will be refunded less a 20% restocking charge, as long as they are still in new unused condition and in the original packaging. Core charges are not subject to this discount and will be refunded in full; shipping charges will not be refunded.

Special orders can be accomodated depending on the nature of the request. Specific finishes on HUMAN Speakers can usually be provided. Sometimes certain alterations to the parts I sell are possible. These obviously must be discussed with me on a case by case basis. Special custom work cannot, of course, be returned in normal circumstances.
