Delivery times for orders

HUMAN Speakers is a one-man operation, and the products I sell are mostly made here by hand. Since I run a small shop, building my products specially for the individual customer in most cases, there tends to be a lag between the order date and shipment of the goods. I try to keep this as short as possible, but frequently the many chores involved in running a small (tiny) business, and my organizational skills (or lack of them!), interfere.

I really appreciate your patience and understanding of this. I make every effort to ensure the quality of every part I ship. While I strive to be as timely (quick) as possible, I do not want to rush the process of building the finest speakers, and parts, for you.

It is the case that I will never let the quality of my product suffer in order to speed up the process. I find that most of my customers are of the opinion that this is the way it should be. I hope you will understand that this means my service is sometimes slower than large, multinational corporations are able to provide.

You can always contact me to get an approximate guess of how long a specific order will take to fill.

  • Typical delivery time for kits, repairs, or replacement parts is approximately one to two weeks (not including transit time). Some may take a lot less time, and, rarely, others may be a bit longer.
  • Delivery of complete HUMAN Speakers also averages about one to three weeks, but this can also vary. Usually when orders are placed I will discuss with you the approximate expected delivery time of your speakers.
  • Transit time varies by location:
    • It runs from about one day to New England;
    • Two to three days in the "Midatlantic" region;
    • Three to four days across the Midwest and Gulf Coast;
    • Five days to the Rocky Mountains and West Coast.
    • Canada tends to run one to two weeks I think;
    • Europe a couple of weeks and Pacific Nations a little longer.
    • All international transit times can be randomly affected by time spent in Customs and the efficiency of your local Postal services.

Thank you,
