To order your speaker parts and/or repairs by mail:

1. Determine the price for the repairs or replacements you need
2. Determine the return shipping charges (ask me or leave for me to calculate)
3. Print and fill out the order form / shipping label - use the "printer friendly" link at the bottom, and only print page one
4. Remove the old parts from your speaker - note which color wires go to which terminal
5. Package your parts carefully in a corrugated cardboard box with at least 3 inches of cushioning
6. Enclose a check or money order (made out to HUMAN Speakers), or MC/Visa/Discover information (# # # #, exp. date, CCV #))
7. Ship the package (freight prepaid) to:
